The "Hotel Project for M/s. Bell Group" involves the construction and development of a series of hotels across key locations in Sivakasi, Madurai, Courtalam, and Chennai. The project aims to provide premium accommodations and facilities catering to both business and leisure travelers. This project involves a comprehensive approach, including architectural design, construction management, and the establishment of high-quality amenities to ensure a superior guest experience.
As a Construction Manager ,for about 18 years in this Bell Group of Industries , developed one separate  Construction Department and constructed chain of Hotels ,Restaurants and Bakeries throughout Tamilnadu. Our Masterpiece is the outstanding Bell Hotel, in the heart of Sivakasi. Bell hotel is still the choice of all political and religious leaders of whole India whenever they happen to visit Sivakasi or the surrounding. This Hotel is a architectural marvel by a famous architect of Delhi Mr.Sudhir Vohra. His sloped desighn of sunshade thought the length on both east and west sides to cut off the sunlight heat piercing into the rooms is really admirable. The interiors designs by architects “M/s Studio 29” from Coimbatore also did a tremendous contribution to the aesthetic eye catching interiors.
Key responsibilities :
•    Site Planning & Development: Coordinating with Management, architects, Interior Architects various contractors and executing the Project as per plan and schedule without compromising in quality .
•    Construction Management: Supervise the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
•    Coordination with Contractors & Suppliers: Maintain effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to streamline the workflow.
•    Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards for each hotel site.
•    Project Delivery: Ensure the timely handover of the completed hotels with all required facilities, ensuring client satisfaction.

This project involves multi-location management, making it crucial to maintain a seamless workflow between the various locations.
