The "Construction of Corporate Office for Jumbo Fireworks and their Fireworks  Factories" project involves the design and development of a modern corporate office space alongside manufacturing facilities. The project aims to create an efficient, state-of-the-art workspace that supports both administrative functions and industrial production. The corporate office was equipped with amenities conducive to a productive work environment, while the factories were  built to meet the specific operational needs of the client, focusing on safety, based on explosive rules, efficiency, and scalability.
In this project, we were involved in overseeing the entire construction process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that all design specifications are met and the project is completed on schedule and within budget. Our responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, including,Architects, Structural engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, we were focusing on managing resources, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and integrating sustainable practices into the construction.
