Overview
The "Construction of Bell Catering College" is a significant project aimed at establishing a state-of-the-art educational facility to provide high-quality catering and hospitality training. The project involves designing and constructing a modern college with specialized spaces such as classrooms, kitchens, training areas, dining facilities, and recreational zones. The goal is to create an environment that fosters learning and skill development for students aspiring to build careers in the catering industry.
In this project, our responsibilities asa Construction Manager , Coordinate with Architect and Management and execute & overseeing the construction process, managing resources, and ensuring that the project stays within budget and timeline constraints. Architects “Studio 29 “ from Coimbatore was involved in designing the layout, selecting materials.. Additionally, all safety standards and regulations are followed and that the building infrastructure is robust and well-equipped to handle the specific needs of the catering program.
Key tasks include
• Planning the overall layout of the college
• Managing site work and construction activities
• Ensuring quality control for materials and structures
• Coordinating with architect and client for design approvals
• Managing the installation of specialized kitchen equipment
• Overseeing the completion of common areas such as dining halls and lounges
• Ensuring the college meets educational and safety standards.
