Each building is designed to accommodate essential banking facilities, customer areas, administrative offices, and secure vault spaces, ensuring functionality and adherence to banking standards.

At the construction site, the process begins with land preparation, including site clearance, leveling, and soil testing to ensure foundation stability. Following this, excavation is conducted for the foundation, with reinforced concrete footing being laid to support the building’s structure. Strict adherence to IS codes and bank-specific security requirements guide the construction process.

The on-site team, comprising project managers, civil engineers, architects, and skilled workers, operates under a tight schedule to meet the bank's stipulated deadlines. The structural framework is erected using RCC and steel reinforcements for earthquake resistance and durability. Masonry work, electrical conduit installation, and plumbing are synchronized to avoid delays.

Simultaneously, provisions for ATM kiosks, server rooms, and secure vaults are constructed with high-security materials. Fire safety measures, including sprinkler systems and emergency exits, are integrated.

Interior work begins with partitioning, false ceilings, and tiling, ensuring an elegant yet professional aesthetic. Advanced IT infrastructure, such as network cabling, CCTV installation, and biometric access systems, is installed to support the bank’s operations. Sustainable practices like rainwater harvesting systems and energy-efficient lighting are incorporated.

Weekly progress meetings with the stakeholders, including representatives from Canara Bank and SBI, ensure alignment on quality and milestones. Regular inspections by quality assurance teams maintain construction standards.

The project concludes with a comprehensive handover, equipping the banks with state-of-the-art facilities to serve customers efficiently while reflecting their corporate identity.
