The project titled "Construction of 100 m Chimney in Nagothane" involves full construction of RCC Chimney from excavation to final inner lining works .This project was done by Beacon Tileman ,Chioda Corporation, Japan. 
The technology was Jumpform Method and total equipements Tools were supplied by Tilemen of UK. Got a good opportunity to take training in Jumbform under UK Engineers and finished the project in time. Also it was a good experience to work work with Chioda Corporation Japan Engineers, administrative systems and  record maintaing etc.This  100-meter high RCC chimney was built at  Nagothane, a town located in the Raigad district of Maharashtra, India. The purpose of this project was to support the operations of IPCL  , which requires the chimney for the efficient release of exhaust gases, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting cleaner air quality. This chimney will serve as a crucial infrastructure element for industries, particularly those involved in power generation or manufacturing processes that generate significant fumes or emissions.
The project entails a combination of civil engineering, structural design, and environmental considerations. The construction process involves designing a durable and high-capacity chimney structure that can withstand environmental stress, high temperatures, and corrosive emissions. Proper materials and safety standards will be followed to ensure the long-term functionality and integrity of the structure.
